Once we are given the green light to reopen, then we will be accepting new appointments.
If you are a client whose appointment had been cancelled due to our COVID-19 closing, you may reschedule your appointment anytime after June 1st, as we are cautiously optimistic that the Governor's restriction will be lifted by then.
Once we reopen, we still will be taking extra precautions to ensure your safety and health of others:
As always, we use Cavicide disinfectant as required by the health department. This special cleanser kills numerous viruses, many of which are way more serious than COVID-19 - such as HIV, Hepatitis, Flu, etc. In addition to wiping down the treatment room after every client, we will be taking extra precautions by sanitizing and disinfecting my entire studio space, restrooms, and waiting area after each client to ensure that the environment is as safe as possible!
Healthy Clients Only, Please!
If you or anyone you know have been in contact with or are experiencing any symptoms, or have traveled to areas with known cases of the coronavirus, please reschedule for another date at least 2 weeks after you feel better.
While we still ask for at least 48 hours notice, we will waive any deposit penalty/cancellation fee if you need to cancel due to sudden illness before your appointment. Please attempt to give us as much notice as possible so we can offer your spot to another guest.
Practice Good Hygiene
Also, if you are feeling fine, please be courteous and exercise good hand-washing hygiene before coming in for your session.
While we typically wear masks with most procedures (so that we're not breathing you 😁), we will be wearing masks and gloves with all clients, during all sessions--even when not required by board of health policies.
Until this pandemic is over, please do not bring any guests or support people with you to your session.
